At Naked Bar Soap Co., naked means obvious. Simple. Nothing hidden. No complicated ingredients you can’t pronounce. No fake ‘natural’ claims. Just body care that actually works.
We keep it simple: soaps, oils, scrubs, and moisturizers. All made with less than 12 ingredients. Not because it sounds good. Because that’s all your skin actually needs.
Plant-based oils. Creamy butters. Clean fragrances that smell good without being complicated. No fillers. No fluff. Just soft, hydrated, unapologetically happy skin.
What’s in our bars and bottles isn’t a secret. It’s the whole point.
What Does "Saponified Oils" Mean?
Short answer: it’s just soap.
In fancy terms, “saponified oils” means oils (like olive, coconut, or palm) that have been turned into soap using lye and water. It’s called saponification. A natural chemical reaction that creates real soap, not a detergent bar.
At Naked Bar Soap Co., we use the cold process method. That just means we mix everything together without extra heat, so your skin gets the full benefit of the oils and butters we use. It takes longer, but it’s worth it.
So when you see “saponified oils” on our labels? That’s soap. No marketing spin. No mystery. Just the real thing.
Are Your Products Vegan, Cruelty-Free, or Organic?
Many of our products are plant-based and made with vegan-friendly ingredients. However, certain items (like select soaps or lip balms) may contain honey or beeswax. If you're looking for strictly vegan options, check the ingredient list for each product.
All of our products are cruelty-free. We never test on animals.
While we use certified organic ingredients in some formulations, our products themselves are not certified organic. We choose high-quality, responsibly sourced ingredients—but we focus on simple, honest formulations over certifications.
Allergies & Skin Sensitivity
We care about what goes on your skin. This is why we keep our ingredients simple and obvious. But even natural ingredients can cause reactions and every skin is different.
Always read the full ingredient list before using any product, especially if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. We keep our labels clear for a reason: so you know exactly what you’re using.
If you’re unsure, we recommend doing a patch test first. Apply a small amount to one spot, wait 24 hours, and check for any irritation before using more.

Do You Offer Soap-Making Classes?
We don’t offer soap-making classes anymore and we’re not planning to bring them back.
These days, all our time goes into creating small-batch soaps and body care for you to enjoy.
How Are Your Products Packaged?
We believe packaging should protect your products not harm the planet.

Soaps: Wrapped in eco-friendly papers: mulberry bark, banana leaf, or recycled paper. Simple, functional, and labeled so you know exactly what you’re using.

Bath bombs: Individually shrink-wrapped to protect them from moisture and keep them fresh. Nobody wants a bath bomb that fizzes before it hits the water.

Body oils: Glass bottles. Because your skin deserves more than plastic.

Deodorants, lip balms, lotions, and shower cleansing oils: Packed in recycled plastic containers that do their job without adding to the problem.
Bottom line? We keep packaging practical, minimal, and as earth-friendly as possible without sacrificing what your products need to arrive fresh and ready to use.
Do You Offer Local Pickup?
Yes. You can pick up your order at our production studio and retail store in Longwood, Florida.

Order Hold Policy:
Orders must be picked up within 14 days of notification. After that, unclaimed orders are restocked and no refunds are issued.

Do You Offer Gift Cards?
Yes. We offer digital gift cards, which are delivered by email after purchase.
Gift cards can be used online at nakedbarsoapco.com and make a great option when you’re not sure what to gift.
Please note: our gift cards are digital-only. We do not offer physical gift cards at this time.
Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
What’s Your Return & Exchange Policy?
All sales are final. Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.
If there’s an issue with your order, email us at info@nakedbarsoapco.com within 7 days of delivery. If we’ve made a mistake, we’ll work with you to make it right.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping. A 20% restocking fee applies if the order is restocked.

How Are Orders Shipped?
We ship all orders using USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination of your order.
Every shipment comes with tracking, so you can follow your package from our studio to your doorstep.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are not eligible for discounts.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Order processing time: 3–5 business days.
Shipping days: We ship orders on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, excluding holidays.
Once shipped, your package should arrive within 2–10 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. For the most accurate delivery updates, follow your tracking link through USPS or UPS.
My Package Says “Delivered” But I Didn’t Receive It. What Should I Do?
Once your order is marked as delivered by USPS or UPS, we no longer have control over the package.
If your package is missing:

Contact your local USPS or UPS location directly to file a claim and request delivery details.

They can access GPS scan data and delivery records that we cannot.
We are not responsible for packages once they’ve been picked up from our location and scanned into the carrier’s system. We cannot replace or refund orders marked as delivered.
For future orders, you can request insurance or signature confirmation for added security. Just email us at info@nakedbarsoapco.com before your order ships.
What If My Package Was Lost or Stolen?
Once your package leaves our studio and is scanned by USPS or UPS, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your order is marked as delivered but missing, contact your local carrier to file a claim. Delivery details and scan data can only be accessed by the recipient.

If your package was lost in transit (never marked delivered), you’ll also need to contact USPS or UPS to open a missing package claim.
Carriers require that recipients file these claims directly. This is standard policy for both USPS and UPS.
Because the package is no longer in our control after pickup, we’re unable to replace or refund lost or stolen packages.

What If Something’s Wrong With My Order?
If there’s a problem with your order, email us at info@nakedbarsoapco.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review your issue and respond within 1–2 business days.
Do You Ship Outside of the US?
Not at this time.
We currently ship within the United States only. If that changes, we’ll update our website and let our customers know.
Can I Use More Than One Discount Code or Gift Card Per Order?
No. Shopify only allows one discount code or gift card per order.
